From the heartland India, Yash brings you the Indian delicacies as authentic as they could be. His North Indian and Hakka specialties will take you back to the memories of enjoying apna wala flavor in the aisles of Ahmedabad, Delhi, Amritsar and Kolkata.
How it all Started
Yash started his culinary journey in Canada back in 2015 when he first arrived here. He had worked at 4-5 different restaurants all over Canada where he had connected with people through his love for food. He worked in many restaurants back in India as well where he picked up his essence for cooking traditional meals and that included hakka training in the vibrant city of Kolkata
Angara opens for business
We built the brand and opened doors for our first restaurant at Etobicoke back in 2021. From there he has touched people of the surrounding are with his authentic cooking style

Finally in February of 2024 we opened our doors for food enthusiasts at the core downtown of Toronto. Our new location upholds our commitment for bespoke food and ultimate hospitality that we wish to share with all of our customers
